This Makes Sense.

After all the years of reading, ie about "money" land purchasing etc, this just adds more to the information and makes perfect sense.

Now on this topic, you cannot place a lien on "Allodial Titled Land" It cannot be seized either to pay a delinquent loan. "They" will try, but it always fails!!

It's been tried, but at the "Sheriffs sale" the Sheriff has to notify everone that the title will, and can never be "clear title"

Would YOU, purchase property with "cloudy title"???  No!! You could lose what you pay for it and lose the property as Allodial Title is superior to ordinary title.

To understand this, you'll have to read up on how land was first bought and sold in the USA originally.
